Ownership: As per our terms, ownership of goods passes to you upon delivery; therefore, the responsibility for the item's condition remains with you until it is safely returned to us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
As specified in our general terms, the following are not eligible for return:

Personalized or custom-ordered products.
Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:
